All the way from Ocracoke

This was taken at Flamingo in the Everglades National Park in Florida. We saw this sailboat docked there and were quite surprised to see it was from Ocracoke in NC. The sailed quite a ways!

I've been digging through some of my old vacation pics, attempting some creative crops and other tweaking to some of the pics.

This is the St. Louis Cathedral at Jackson Square in New Orleans, taken back in May 2005, just about three short months before the city felt the wrath of Hurricane Katrina.
